Qualifications

• Experience leading product management across multiple products, platforms or streams.
• Ability to translate strategy into clear, outcome-focused roadmaps and manage prioritisation.
• Experience coaching Product Owners and QA professionals.
• Strong governance understanding and iterative development practices.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in complex IT or enterprise change environments.

Responsabilités

• Set product direction across the portfolio, linking visions to goals and measurable outcomes.
• Shape and govern evidence-led roadmaps and portfolio priorities.
• Lead capacity planning and investment sequencing with IT leadership and Product Owners.
• Coach and develop Product Owners and QA teams, and standardise practices.
• Establish and improve product management frameworks and governance.
• Align with SLT and IT peers and report portfolio progress and decisions.
