Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Head of Product Engineering and Documentation in the United Kingdom to lead engineering lifecycles, manage technical documentation, and drive cross-functional collaboration across the Aeroderivative Gas Turbines portfolio. The role requires a strong background in gas turbine engineering, senior leadership, and extensive experience managing complex projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in engineering leadership in power generation or aerospace.
• CEng or equivalent; PMP or similar is a plus.
• Experience with technical documentation management and PLM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and engineering integrity of core aeroderivative gas turbine products.
• Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes, tools, methodologies and change management.
• Direct creation, governance, and distribution of technical product documentation and records.
• Ensure compliance with international standards, safety regulations and customer specs.
• Provide strategic leadership, mentorship, and budgeting for engineering teams.
• Develop and execute engineering strategy through PLM and cross-functional collaboration.
