Aurora Energy Research is seeking a Head of Product to own the EOS strategy, roadmap, and evolution. You will shape how users discover, access, and interact with Aurora's software, data, and research, and lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design and AI.

This high-impact role sits at the heart of the product ecosystem, balancing near-term improvements with long-term platform development, and defining what EOS should become over the coming years.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or related role for B2B SaaS products.
• Strong customer discovery and research skills with quantitative data.
• Leads cross-functional work and influences stakeholders across product, design, engineering and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Own EOS product strategy and roadmap.
• Define vision for EOS and translate into roadmap, backlog and delivery plan.
• Lead evolution of platform experience and seamless cross-silo UX.
• Drive product discovery via analytics, customer research and client engagement.
• Shape best-in-class user experience with design partners.
• Develop shared EOS capabilities like dashboards and data visualisation.
• Embed AI-powered workflows to improve user value.
• Integrate EOS with Aurora's product suite for coherence.
• Drive delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Support commercial impact and cross-sell opportunities.
