We’re on a mission to make money work for everyone. We’re waving goodbye to the complicated and confusing ways of traditional banking. Our product offering has expanded significantly over the last 10 years in the UK, including personal and business accounts, joint accounts, accounts for 16-17 year olds, a free kids account, and credit cards. We also offer savings, investments, and pensions, with more innovative features on the horizon. Our brand is known for the hot coral cards, get-paid-early feature, financial education on social media, and award-winning customer service, creating memorable moments for our customers.

We focus on solving problems and changing lives through Monzo, rather than just selling products.

Our Design team

We are a diverse team of 80+ designers, researchers, and brand experts led by Chief Design Officer Vuokko Aro. Our mission is to make money work for everyone. Product Design is a major discipline within our team, working closely with research, product, and engineering to solve customer problems at scale.

We design for "magic moments"—creating a bank that feels human and personable. Our product reflects our personality, blending research, empathy, and craft to make everyday interactions memorable. We are currently expanding and looking for passionate designers to shape Monzo’s future.
