THE KEY BITS

1. Location: We can currently only accept applications from candidates that are located and have long-term working rights in the UK.
2. Flexibility: We have an office hub in the UK as well as no-office hubs in several European countries. We operate a choice-first work approach that lets you work fully remotely from Day One even if you're near an office hub.
3. Salary: We benchmarked ca. £100-110,000 + equity at MN2 level in our progression framework for someone based in the UK.
4. Interviews: 4 stages totalling around 3.5 hours over 2-3 weeks.
5. Start date: As soon as you can start.
6. Reporting to: Lena Haydt, VP Product.

This is a hybrid role: part hands-on product designer, part team leader. You'll lead and grow a talented team of four, partner closely with Product and Engineering, and help shape the future of design at Juro. 1. You've worked in SaaS (ideally at a startup or stage-relevant company).
2. You've managed designers directly and had some people leadership experience.
3. You've built or evolved a design system that supports consistency and scale.
4. You've worked closely with senior leadership and helped define product or company-level design direction.
5. You've led or contributed to user research and customer discovery.
6. You're fluent in Figma and treat it as your primary design tool.
7. You've designed AI-powered experiences or used AI to enhance your own design process.
8. You've collaborated cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer teams.

Bonus points if:

• You're curious about how the legal space works (no prior experience needed, but it's a plus).

This job likely isn't for you if:

• You want to be purely a people manager and stay out of the hands-on work.
• You're not comfortable getting stuck into complex design problems.
• You don't see yourself building or advocating for design at a strategic level.
