Job summary

Careerwise is seeking a Head of Product Data to define how product telemetry is captured, modelled, governed, and turned into trusted data products. You will own the telemetry platform strategy, establish shared data models across a multi-product portfolio, and enable data-driven decision making and customer-facing insights.

Reporting to the VP of Data, you will shape early design and implementation, scale the function, and partner with Data Engineering, Analytics, Product, and Engineering

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior product data, product analytics, or analytics engineering role in a SaaS/tech organisation.
• Defined product instrumentation standards and telemetry architecture with event schemas and data quality.
• Experience owning a first-party telemetry or event pipeline and platform-owned architecture.

Responsibilities

• Define and own telemetry platform strategy and data models across a multi-product portfolio.
• Collaborate with Data Eng, Analytics, Product and Engineering leadership on instrumentation and roadmap.
• Deliver customer-facing analytics and usage insights within a SaaS product.
