Job summary

La Fosse is hiring a Lead Data Products Engineer to define, design and evolve data products powering analytics, modelling, and client solutions. You will shape a greenfield Data Products function within a leading consultancy and drive data quality, governance, and platform evolution across a complex data ecosystem.

The role focuses on enterprise-scale data product design, domain collaboration, and technical leadership to engineers while aligning with product and platform strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data engineering or data product teams.
• Expertise with modern data platforms, cloud tech & architectures.
• Experience with Databricks, SQL, NoSQL and Lakehouse environments.
• Exposure to Data Mesh, governance, metadata management and data product thinking.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
