Pinpoint seeks a Head of Data to own the data strategy across product, engineering, and customer-facing teams. You will shape what data we capture, how it is used, and how insights power customer intelligence and growth initiatives.

You will lead the data platform roadmap, collaborate with the AI engineering team, and enable non-technical teams with actionable insights and trusted data sources.

Qualifications

• Ability to define and drive data strategy across a fast-growing org.
• Experience designing and shipping data platforms and data products used by non-technical teams.
• Strong SQL, data modelling and Python skills with production-grade code management.

Responsibilities

• Set the data strategy and governance across the company.
• Translate ideas into data-driven solutions and deliver value to stakeholders.
• Own the customer intelligence platform and its roadmap end to end.
