Position: Head of Product
The Head of Product provides overall leadership and direction for the full product portfolio, including the UK compliance catalogue and all associated technology platforms. This role ensures our products are market-aligned, commercially successful, pedagogically sound, and deliver an exceptional learner experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own product deployment for all products, including the UK compliance catalogue, learning technology, and future innovations.
- Align product roadmaps across catalogue and technology to ensure coherence, commercial value, and competitive differentiation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across content, technology, marketing, sales, and customer support to meet strategic goals.
- Act as the voice of the customer and learner, ensuring all products are inclusive, accessible, and user-focused.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure product performance, customer satisfaction, and commercial impact.
- Oversee content development, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement based on feedback and market insights.
- Maintain relationships with external partners, including content publishers, subject matter experts, and quality organizations.
- Define standards for learning design, accessibility, and user experience.
- Ensure technology solutions evolve in line with product plans and are scalable and user-friendly.
- Support innovation by exploring and integrating new technologies.
- Lead and develop the product team, fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture.
- Manage budgets and resources to deliver product roadmaps effectively.
Market Insight & Commercial Focus
- Maintain a deep understanding of the UK e-learning landscape, competitors, customer needs, and regulations.
- Ensure products meet commercial goals and support strategic growth.
- Partner with marketing to define product positioning and value propositions.
- Use data to inform pricing, bundling, and new offers.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain accurate product and catalogue information in content management systems.
- Support operational teams with content deployment, version control, and change management.
- Collaborate with customer support to ensure high service standards.
- Ensure interoperability, accessibility, and a seamless learner experience across platforms.
Experience Required:
- Experience in product leadership, ideally in digital learning.
- Commercial awareness with a track record of growth through product management.
- Proficiency with data, CRM, and product tools for decision-making.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Customer-focused with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
