Candidate Requirements

Ideal candidates will:

• Have 6+ years of experience in product management or related roles at growing tech companies

• Be capable of clear, instructive communication and independent problem-solving

Key Responsibilities

• Guide large, innovative organizations in product development and innovation
• Provide responsive, framework-based customer support
• Assist customers from demo to subscription, navigating procurement and legal processes
• Share best practices for strategy, idea capture, prioritization, and roadmapping
• Support integration of Aha! with customer tools
• Gather and communicate customer feedback internally
• Test new product features as needed
• Mentor team members in demos, best practices, and integrations

Benefits and Compensation
