Position:

As a Procurement Manager with Curaleaf International, you will be responsible for overseeing the purchasing of medical cannabis flower from third party growers, implementing standards of direct procurement across the business, and working alongside procurement teams internationally to build a One-Curaleaf way of working.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Standardising procurement strategy across entities, with a concentration on Flower.
• Using knowledge and practices from across Curaleaf International as well as your own expertise to build unified processes and ways of working.
• Working alongside localised procurement teams to get a real understanding of what best practice should look like and implementing this universally.
• Negotiating contracts and overseeing the set up of new suppliers.
• Holding visibility of group spend, with a concentration on Flower.
  
  

Requirements:

This role is an opportunity for the right person to build a department from the ground up, working collaboratively with teams around the world to play a key part in Curaleaf International’s phenomenal growth while maintaining the high standards we are known for.

It is essential you have:

• A positive, driven attitude, willing to get involved in a variety of things
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills,
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Supply Chain software
• A proven background in Supply Chain, particularly Procurement
• Managed suppliers remotely covering an international scope
• Previously reported directly into a C-Suite Manager
  
  

Although not essential, it would be highly beneficial to have experience in Pharma, FMCG, or fresh produce industries.
