Location Hybrid working (either London, Leeds or Motherwell)

In this senior leadership role, you'll manage high-value supplier relationships, drive cost-saving initiatives, and ensure compliance across our procurement operations. What You'll Do

• Develop and implement UK-wide procurement strategy
• Lead and inspire a high-performing procurement team

• Build strong supplier partnerships and oversee contract management

What You Will Bring

• A degree in Procurement, Business, Supply Chain or a technical field CIPS or equivalent certification (desirable)
• Demonstrable leadership experience in procurement, ideally within UK facilities management
• In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, contract law, and compliance Strong financial acumen and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
