Job summary

M&G is seeking a Head of Private Markets Investment Platform to shape and lead its technology platform across Private Markets, including Credit, Equity, Infrastructure and Real Estate. You will translate business strategy into a coherent platform vision, target architecture and multi-year roadmap, owning end-to-end investment technology and live service management.

You will build a high-performing, globally distributed organisation with mature engineering, delivery and governance disciplines,

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading complex investment platforms and technology estates.
• Strong governance, risk and regulatory awareness in financial services.
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into a funded platform roadmap.
