Job summary

LAW Absolute is seeking an experienced Private Client solicitor to head up the Private Client department in a remote-first role, covering the South of England. You will lead a growing team, manage a high-value caseload and advise UHNW clients, families and business owners.

The role offers genuine flexibility, with occasional office attendance and relocation support if needed. A rare opportunity to shape the team and its future direction.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor or CILEx with demonstrable Private Client expertise.
• 5+ years' experience preferred, flexible for the right candidate.
• Comfortable running a full caseload with minimal supervision.
• Experience handling high-value Private Client matters advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Private Client department.
• Manage a broad caseload of Private Client matters.
• Advise high-net-worth individuals, families and business owners.
• Handle wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, tax planning, succession planning and lasting powers of attorney.
• Build upon an existing offering and contribute to growth.
