The Role
As Head of Private Client, you will have overall responsibility for the performance and continued development of the department.
Alongside managing your own high-quality caseload, you will provide leadership and technical support to the wider team and work closely with the firm's senior management on the department's future strategy.

Importantly, the firm isn't looking for somebody who simply wants the title of Head of Department. They want someone who is keen to lead, develop people, drive performance and build the department over the longer term.
What we're looking for
We would be particularly interested in speaking with experienced Private Client Solicitors, Legal Executives and existing Heads of Department who can demonstrate strong technical Private Client experience.
You may already be heading up a team, or you could be a Senior Associate or experienced Solicitor who feels ready to make that next step into departmental leadership.
