Job summary

Hampton College in Peterborough is inviting applications for Head of School (Primary Phase). You will provide strategic and operational leadership for the two-form entry primary phase, driving excellence in teaching and learning and ensuring high standards for every pupil.

Working with the Executive Headteacher, governors and trust leaders, you will shape the future direction of the school within the Hampton Academies Trust, building on a strong foundation and delivering continued improvement

• Proven track record of successful leadership in a primary school setting.
• Ability to raise standards and improve outcomes for all pupils.
• Ability to inspire and develop staff through collaborative leadership.
• Commitment to inclusion, wellbeing and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the two-form entry Primary Phase.
• Drive excellence in teaching and learning and set high expectations for every child.
