A leading general insurer in the UK is seeking a Head of Pricing Models for a 6-month fixed-term maternity cover. The successful candidate will lead an analytics team, ensuring timely model refreshes and promoting innovative pricing strategies in collaboration with Data Science and ML teams, all while optimizing resources per company strategy.

Miryco Consultants are working with a top general insurer who are looking to bring in a Head of Pricing Models on a 6-month FTC maternity cover.

The role will see you leading a highly skilled pricing & analytics team focused on delivery of all pricing models.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for claims, market, and optimisation input models.
• Develop ongoing programme of model refreshes that allocates resource in keeping with our strategy.
• Ensure models are refreshed on a timely basis and in line with all Governance and Group standards.
• Promote innovation and new techniques to improve all pricing models, working closely with Data Science and ML teams.
• Review the impact on customers of pricing actions and act on this.
• Responsible for timely and fair evaluation and onboarding of new external data sources.
• Collaborate effectively across AXA Retail to support our strategy.

Experience:

• Leadership experience of a team of direct reportds.
• Python, SQL, RADAR experience preferred.

Location: London, Hybrid Working

Salary: Up to £140,000 (pro-rata)
