Job Description:

Miryco Consultants are working with a top general insurer who is looking to hire a Head of Pricing Models on a 6-month FTC maternity cover.

The role involves leading a skilled pricing & analytics team focused on delivering all pricing models.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for claims, market, and optimisation input models.
• Develop a program of model refreshes aligned with our strategy.
• Ensure models are refreshed timely and in accordance with Governance and Group standards.
• Promote innovation and new techniques to improve pricing models, collaborating with Data Science and ML teams.
• Review the impact of pricing actions on customers and act accordingly.
• Evaluate and onboard new external data sources fairly and promptly.
• Collaborate across AXA Retail to support strategic goals.

Experience:

• Leadership experience managing a team of direct reports.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, RADAR preferred.

Location:

London, Hybrid Working

Salary:

Up to £140,000 (pro-rata)
