Job summary

Un assureur général recherche un Head of Pricing Models pour un contrat de 6 mois à Londres en mode hybride. Vous dirigerez une équipe d'analyse et pour planifier les mises à jour des modèles de tarification, en collaboration avec des équipes de science des données. Ce rôle vous permettra de promouvoir des innovations et d'évaluer l'impact des décisions de tarification sur les clients.

Qualifications

• Expérience de leadership dans un rôle similaire.
• Compétences en Python et SQL sont souhaitables.

• Développer un programme de mise à jour des modèles.

Miryco Consultants are working with a top general insurer who are looking to bring in a Head of Pricing Models on a 6-month FTC maternity cover.

The role will see you leading a highly skilled pricing & analytics team focused on delivery of all pricing models.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for claims, market, and optimisation input models.
• Develop ongoing programme of model refreshes that allocates resource in keeping with our strategy.
• Ensure models are refreshed on a timely basis and in line with all Governance and Group standards.
• Promote innovation and new techniques to improve all pricing models, working closely with Data Science and ML teams.
• Review the impact on customers of pricing actions and act on this.
• Responsible for timely and fair evaluation and onboarding of new external data sources.
• Collaborate effectively across AXA Retail to support our strategy.

Experience:

• Leadership experience of a team of direct reportds.
• Python, SQL, RADAR experience preferred.

Location: London, Hybrid Working

Salary: Up to £140,000 (pro-rata)
