Job summary

5 Star Recruitment is seeking a Head of Pre-Construction Delivery to lead the pre-construction phase of key UK projects from Sutton. You will ensure robust planning, design coordination, procurement and risk management, aligning customer requirements with company goals.

The role requires a degree in Construction/Building Management or Civil Engineering and a proven track record in the housing refurbishment/construction sector, with strong leadership and communication skills to manage diverse

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction/Building Management or Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience in a similar Pre-Construction role within construction/Housing refurbishment.
• Strong understanding of the Pre-Construction phase, including design, procurement and planning.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
