Fortiva Retail Credit seeks a Head of Pre-Construction to lead strategic pre-construction activities from a Bolton office. The role focuses on shaping business development, managing bids and building strong client relationships in the social housing sector.

You will mentor the regional bid team, develop a robust pipeline, and collaborate with operations and commercial teams to deliver competitive bids and sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum undergraduate degree (e.g., BSc) in a relevant field.
• MCIOB or RICS qualification or equivalent.
• Strong bid/tender delivery experience in social housing.
• Clean driving licence.

• Ensure effective collaboration with operations and commercial teams.

Skills And Experience

• Proven people management skills with clear expectations and management.
• Ability to develop and mentor team members.
• Successful track record in bid/tender delivery within planned maintenance/asset management across social housing projects - Minimum relevant Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BSc) or equivalent
• MCIOB or RICS qualification or equivalent
• Clean driving licence.
• Knowledge of sustainability and decarbonisation.
• Relevant leadership qualification or working towards (desirable).
