Job summary

Another Concept in Leeds is seeking a knowledgeable Head of PPC to own and scale paid media across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and Amazon Ads for a portfolio of SME clients. This leadership role offers the chance to shape strategy, lead a growing team and drive revenue with founders' support.

You will be the go-to PPC expert, setting best practices, delivering client updates, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to new business pitches.

Qualifications

• 7+ years proven PPC agency experience.
• Strong know-how of Google Ads; experience with Meta/TikTok/ Amazon Ads is advantageous.
• Confident communicator with client-facing experience and data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, delivery and optimisation of PPC campaigns for SME clients.
• Lead day-to-day paid media activities and adapt to client budgets and goals.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge.
• Serve as primary client contact for performance updates and recommendations.
• Oversee campaign performance reporting and KPI delivery.
