Job summary

Another Concept Ltd in Leeds is seeking a seasoned Head of PPC to own the paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and Amazon Ads for SME clients. You’ll lead a growing team, set performance standards, and drive new business with founders’ support.

You’ll have a strong track record in PPC, client leadership, and a data-driven approach to optimize campaigns and grow revenue. Hybrid work from Leeds city centre applies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years proven hands-on PPC agency experience.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads; experience across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, ChatGPT Ads or Amazon Ads is a strong advantage.
• Confident client-facing communicator, able to explain strategy and performance.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Experience mentoring or supporting less experienced team members.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, delivery and optimisation of PPC campaigns across a portfolio of SME client accounts.
• Manage day-to-day activity across Paid Media, adapting strategy to each client's budget and goals.
• Ensure PPC best practice is embedded across the agency and shared with the wider team.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on paid media, delivering performance updates and strategic recommendations.
• Build strong, lasting client relationships and provide guidance to team members.
• Oversee reporting on campaign performance and ensure delivery against KPIs and budget targets.
• Support pitches and proposals for prospective clients and contribute to case studies.
