  • Overseeing external Planning and technical consultants when their involvement is required to ensure high-quality outputs and coordinated submissions.

This is a varied role, offering a range of different projects to get involved with.

What are we looking for in you?

  • MRTPI (or equivalent) qualified Town Planner, and ideally a Subject-relevant first Degree.
  • A proven track record of delivering complex mineral, waste, or land-based Planning permissions.
  • An excellent understanding of the planning process, EIA regulations, and the Planning policy landscape across our region of South East England.
  • Diplomatic and skilful stakeholder engagement, consultation, and navigating multi-agency approvals, plus strong report writing ability, project leadership, and problem-solving capabilities.

Please send a copy of your current CV and a covering letter, in strict confidence (by email below), to Steve Huxham, our recruitment advisor. Steve would be happy to discuss any questions that you may have in relation to the role on an informal and confidential basis ahead of an application.
