Qualifications

• Experience providing senior‑level security assurance and leadership across large, geographically dispersed estates.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and present clear, business‑focused security insights.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for DWP's Physical Security Assurance function.
• Oversee delivery of physical security assurance across the department's estate.
• Identify vulnerabilities, emerging risks and provide evidence‑based improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with ESRM and other security stakeholders to inform enterprise risk assessments.
• Engage senior leaders and governance forums with credible assurance findings.
