A leading Software House in Peterborough is looking for a Performance & Reliability Manager to spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing performance and reliability across their software platforms. This role involves leading cross-functional teams and implementing best practices in performance engineering. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SRE and cloud technologies. The position offers a salary of £80,000 - £85,000 per annum with hybrid working options.
