Job summary

Qualifications

• Lead the Corporate Performance function and develop a coherent strategy for performance, information monitoring, reporting and improvement for the Trust.
• Work closely with the Director for Performance to ensure performance monitoring and management fulfil statutory, regulatory and management reporting requirements.
• Oversee the performance reporting function, ensuring robust measures to monitor, report and manage performance across all aspects of the business; respond to data, information and insight demands of the Trust.
• Develop effective working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide expert strategic leadership to ensure the organisation meets national, contractual and locally agreed performance standards.
• Support the Executive Team, Board Committees, Locality Networks and corporate services to deliver improvements in quality, operational standards and productivity.
• Advise the Trust on national performance policy, regulatory expectations and external assurance requirements, ensuring compliance and a positive reputation with commissioners, regulators and system partners.
