Job summary

Directive Consulting is a remote-first B2B marketing agency seeking a Head of Creative to lead the Performance Design department. You will shape creative vision, manage designers and motion contractors, and partner with other teams to align creative output with performance metrics.

You will own the department's strategy, budgeting, and AI-enabled workflows, while fostering a culture of accountability and growth among team members.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in creative roles within performance marketing or growth-focused agencies.
• Proven track record leading creative teams and balancing quality with business outcomes.
• Comfortable presenting department strategy and financial projections to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative vision and quality standards for the Performance Design department.
• Grow and manage a multidisciplinary team of designers and motion contractors.
• Partner with paid media and client success to ensure data-informed creativity.
• Own department P&L, margins, and resourcing decisions to maintain profitability.
• Drive AI integration into production workflows and explore new tools.
