Job summary

Ohme is scaling rapidly and seeks a Head of People Strategy to design and execute the organisation’s people capability and transformation roadmap. You will partner with senior leaders, shape organisational design, and drive a high-performance culture to support fast growth.

You will lead OD initiatives, embed performance and development programs, and translate people data into practical actions that enhance leadership effectiveness and engagement across the business.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in organisational development with delivery of OD, L&D, performance management or people development initiatives in fast-growing environments.
• Strong business partnering capability with senior leaders.
• Leadership development design and delivery for managers and leaders.
• Evidence-based OD using data, insights and workforce metrics.

Responsibilities

• Design the organisation of tomorrow and unlock potential across teams.
• Embed performance management and feedback frameworks to drive high performance.
• Apply commercial rigour to organisation design decisions aligned with growth plans.
• Own and deliver organisational development strategy with practical roadmaps.
• Strengthen culture, engagement and inclusion.
• Use data to diagnose needs, shape interventions and measure impact.
• Advise senior leaders on transformation and people strategy topics.
