Job summary

Omega is recruiting a Head of Human Resources Development to own the people strategy in a fast‑growing, London‑based hybrid role. You will lead talent acquisition, organisational development, and governance to support Omega’s scaling across markets.

You will partner with senior leadership to define culture, structure, and policy, ensuring legal compliance and a data‑driven approach to people decisions in a complex, regulated fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and executing HR strategy in fintech, financial services, or other regulated environments.
• Proven full-cycle recruitment expertise across roles and levels.
• Demonstrated HR policy development, governance, and implementation experience.
• Experience handling employee relations with judgment and discretion.
• Working knowledge of UK and international employment law, especially hybrid settings.
• Strong stakeholder management at leadership level.
• Comfort using HR data and metrics to inform strategy, not just report on it.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute Omega's people strategy end-to-end (talent acquisition to development).
• Own recruitment lifecycle across the business, from sourcing to offers.
• Build and govern HR policies and programmes for consistency and compliance.
• Guide hiring managers on people decisions and best practice.
• Lead employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution and engagement.
• Partner with senior leadership to shape culture and organisational structure.
• Ensure compliance with UK and international employment law in hybrid teams.
• Use HR metrics to drive data-informed decisions and improve experience.
• Contribute to long-term workforce planning as Omega grows into new markets.
