Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Head of People Development (Operations) to drive strategic learning initiatives across UK&I, leading a multidisciplinary team. You will shape digital and talent programmes, including interns, graduates and apprenticeships, aligned to Veolia's Green up strategy.

You will upskill and reskill colleagues to support a four-year business plan, report to the People Development Director and manage end-to-end learning delivery and assessment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing large scale programmes including apprenticeships.
• Proven ability to lead high performing teams and manage stakeholders.
• Knowledge of government apprenticeship frameworks and governance structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape operational, digital training and emerging talent initiatives.
• Oversee design, build and deployment of development programmes UK&I.
• Assess organisational needs and evaluate service delivery and impact.
