Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Head of People Development (Operations) to drive strategic learning initiatives across the UK. You will lead a team of Learning, Development and Digital Specialists and shape programmes for interns, graduates and apprenticeships.

You will champion upskilling to support a highly skilled workforce aligned with Veolia's 4-year Green up strategy, reporting to the People Development Director and shaping UK&I learning services.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering large scale programmes incl. apprenticeships and technical training.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high performing teams.
• Strong track record using digital systems and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction for operational, digital training and emerging talent programmes.
• Oversee design, build and delivery of learning initiatives aligned to Veolia’s strategy.
• Drive upskilling and reskilling to support the 4-year Green up plan.
