• Lead a team of remote payroll professionals.
• Oversee payroll for ~300 clients and ensure accuracy and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation and HMRC.
• Oversee year-end submissions and senior client queries.
• Mentor and develop payroll staff; recruit as needed.
• Improve processes and drive growth of payroll services.
