Qualifications

• 5–10+ years experience in payroll, finance operations, or people ops.
• Experience owning payroll for 50+ employees, ideally 100–500+.
• Familiarity with payroll funding and systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve payroll and spend operations end-to-end.
• Manage payroll funding, approvals, and payment workflows.
• Work closely with finance on cashflow timing and controls.

Skills

Experience in payroll
