Job summary

Genuit Group is seeking an experienced Head of Payroll to lead the group payroll function, ensuring colleagues are paid accurately, on time and in full compliance with UK legislation.

Reporting to the Group Reward Director, you'll manage a team of four payroll professionals, oversee UK payroll operations and governance across international activities, and drive transformation through technology and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading payroll in a complex organisation.
• Deep knowledge of UK PAYE, NI, pensions, and statutory payments.
• Experience with payroll systems and process improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll across the Group.
• Ensure accurate, timely payroll delivery and year-end processes.
• Maintain payroll governance and UK compliance.
• Drive transformation through technology and automation.
• Collaborate with People & Culture, Finance, Tax, HRIS and providers.
• Develop and inspire a high-performing payroll team.
