Role Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Global Head of Partnerships on global programs, standards, and partner processes.
  • Design, build, operate, and lead the EMEA Partnerships organization, ensuring all KPIs are exceeded to drive impactful business growth.
  • Establish and nurture senior-level sponsorships within key System Integrators at regional and global levels.
  • Ensure effective enablement, sales support, training, and governance of SIs.
  • Showcase use cases where Pigment can drive business transformation across industries.
  • Lead and inspire the team, encouraging creativity and leveraging individual strengths.
  • Co-create detailed Go-To-Market plans aligned with company and partner objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, legal, customer success, and other teams to develop partner programs.
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Masters/MBA preferred.
  • Proven leadership in managing EMEA consulting or partner organizations within a SaaS environment.
  • Experience or exposure to EPM, BI, Data Analytics, or CFO solutions is preferred.
  • Growth mindset with experience in scale-up or growth environments.
  • Hands-on approach with a focus on tangible impact.
