  2. Shape and manage partner co-marketing and enablement initiatives through joint business agreements, including webinars, case studies, events, and promotions.
  3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—product & engineering, marketing, legal, analytics, and operations—to implement strategies and ensure the success of managed partners across Europe.
  4. Set and uphold high standards for measurable performance and execution, aligning with company goals, objectives, and key results (OKRs), SMART goals, with the aim of growing GMV and ad revenue through managed partners.
  5. Represent the team at major industry and eBay-hosted events, such as eBay Open.

  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels, including global marketing teams and agency partners.
  5. Experience in commerce/retail, consumer goods, or internet services.
  6. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
