FS1 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Head of Paid Media on a permanent basis to lead the paid media function across LinkedIn and Google Ads, while steering strategic direction for priority accounts and enterprise SaaS clients.

You will manage a team of performance directors and growth marketers, champion AI-driven optimization, and collaborate on go-to-market and demand-gen strategies in a fast-paced B2B agency environment.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in B2B paid media and demand generation within an agency setting.
• Proven track record managing large media budgets and driving pipeline metrics.
• Experience with Enterprise and high-growth SaaS clients and GTM strategies.

Aufgaben

• Lead the paid media function across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads and emerging channels.
• Define campaign architecture, targeting, testing, bidding and measurement standards.
• Direct quarterly business reviews and set future outlooks for priority accounts.
• Coach and develop a performance team including directors and growth marketers.
• Utilise AI-enabled systems to proactively optimize client outcomes.
