Plan International seeks a Director of Organisational Change and Engagement to shape how change is led, understood and experienced across the global organisation. You will connect strategy, people, communications and engagement to ensure major initiatives are coherent, adoption-ready and staff-centered.

The role requires senior-level experience in enterprise-wide change, strong narrative skills, and the ability to partner with senior leaders across geographies to deliver lasting impact.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience leading complex organisational transformation in a global or matrixed setting.
• Proven ability to design and implement change strategies with sustained adoption.
• Strong track record in communications and employee engagement for senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise change strategy across Plan International to ensure coherence and adoption.
• Build and steward change governance, frameworks and ambassador networks across regions.
• Strengthen leaders and teams to lead, communicate and sustain change.
• Shape a compelling organisational narrative to connect strategy, culture and priorities.
• Drive evidence-based decisions using employee insight to inform change delivery.
