CTI Digital is seeking a Head of Organic in Manchester to lead the SEO department across Technical SEO, Content, and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO). You will bridge technical architecture with commercial success, ensuring clients stay at the forefront of search.

You'll own the Organic unit's strategy, mentor a team of specialists, and collaborate with engineering and marketing to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Organic expertise: Deep knowledge of Technical SEO, Content strategy, and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation).
• Commercial acumen: Experience managing a P&L and translating organic performance into business impact.
• Technical fluency: Understanding of site architecture, CMS, and ecommerce builds.

Responsabilités

• Define and scale CTI Digital's Organic offerings across Technical SEO, Content, and GEO.
• Own the P&L for the Organic unit and translate data into commercial outcomes.
• Drive AI and automation adoption in workflows and systems.
• Collaborate with developers to embed SEO architecture into CMS/ecommerce projects.
• Build cohesive, omnichannel search strategies with Data and CRM teams.
• Lead, mentor and grow a team of channel specialists and promote learning.
