Bespoke-ly is a fast growing company with big ambitions! We have a well established production team in the UK of 23, an emerging team of 5 in NL and are about to launch Stateside.

The role

We are looking for an organised Head of Production (maternity cover) to own the day-to-day management of our production studios whilst our wonderful Anna brings her new son into the world. This isn’t a “just keep things ticking along” profile, we want you to make an impact on our business even if you’re only here for a short while. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys a challenge and is eager to run projects from the get go, working tobuild products, teams and processes.

You’ll be reporting directly to the Managing Director and hold a key position on the leadership team, giving you access to a board of directors and shareholder base.Collaboration is engrained into the Bespoke-ly DNA which means you’ll be working closely alongside our purchasing, logistics, commercial and finance teams to operationally deliver the demands of the business.Supporting you will be your super creative, dedicated and capable production squad of 25+, with the likelihood this will increase over time as we scale.

The successful candidate will have an operational mindset alongside a strong aptitude for analytics, team management and efficiency.

A Day in Your Life

• Lead a capable and creative production team to operationally deliver the demands of the business.
• Oversee the planning, coordination and control of the production process.
• Scheduling of the team across large corporate projects and individual DTC sales.
• Ensure our products are produced efficiently, meaning the correct amount is produced at the right time, cost and quality level.
• Contribute to new product launches, creating SOPs for production and packaging.
• Lead the health and safety agenda for our production team of zero incidents.
• Work collaboratively with our Creative team to ensure that our customers and clients receivebeautiful, original and joyous products everytime
• Manage our production equipment, including selection of new equipment, replacements, repairs and maintenance.
• Set uncompromisingly high quality standards, and lead by example in meeting them.
• Produce weekly operational performance reports in accordance with department OKRs
• Review team performance and lead/coach the team for continuous improvement.
• Direct the Warehouse Manager to manage in-house and external warehouse/storage locations.
• Liaise with the Commercial and Sourcing teams to manage inventory.
• Monitor, report on and minimise wastage.

• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in ecommerce software such as Shopify, Unleashed, Monday.com, as well as proficiency using and maintaining machinery such as heat-press, engraving and embroidery.
• High Level of Spoken English: Our team is from all over the globe, with English as our shared .
• Right to Work in the UK: With a valid and in-date passport so you can travel to and from London for onboarding, training and team building.
