Barts Health seeks a project manager to lead the implementation of a single point of access for patients referred to Barts Health, a key initiative within the ODNs.

The post holder will lead projects related to a single access point for Urology and Gynae referrals, reporting to the Group Director and Operational Delivery Board.

Main duties of the job

The Project Manager will:

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across partner organisations to plan, test, and implement new workflows, supporting improvements across the BH group.
  • Manage project setup, execution, and reporting, developing robust plans with stakeholders.
  • Support and facilitate relationships between partner organisations within the programme.
  • Develop impact measurement and benefits tracking, leading reporting efforts.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to garner support.
  • Ensure thorough evaluation of projects for outcomes, impact, and sustainability.
  • Contribute to business case development by providing evidence for interventions.
