Davall Gears Limited seeks a hands-on Head of Operations to lead the site’s manufacturing operations with focus on SQDCIP, safety, quality, delivery and cost. The role requires strong engineering and machining background and a proven track record of turning improvement plans into measurable business outcomes.

You will drive lean initiatives, develop high-performing teams and partner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance and Supply Chain to improve OTD, productivity and working capital.

Formación

• Proven manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong background in precision engineering and machining is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery and profitability objectives.
• Drive daily operating rhythm through visual management and tiered accountability.
• Develop and mentor operational leaders and succession plans.
• Lead root cause problem solving and implement standard work.
