The role involves overseeing financial health, people strategy, and governance while leading a dynamic team in the innovative ag-biotech sector.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate operational leadership within a startup context, possess strong finance skills, and foster engaging team dynamics. This position is based in London, requiring attendance four days a week in the office.
