Bindbridge is building an AI-driven sustainable agriculture platform focused on molecular glue discovery. We seek a Head of Operations to own the operating infrastructure, enable founders and teams to focus on science, product and commercial priorities, and scale the organization as the company grows.

You will directly work with the founders, with authority to stop or start initiatives and to set clear ownership for operational work. This is a hands-on role that will evolve as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Takes ownership beyond a single function and drives outcomes.
• Translates vague problems into actionable steps with clear owners.

Responsabilités

• Run planning cycles turning priorities into owned, tracked work and support fundraising.
• Own budget, financial model, cash-flow forecasting and monthly close with accountants.
• Build infrastructure to hire, onboard and retain talent, manage lifecycle and policies.
• Own contracting across CROs, contractors, advisers and suppliers, with board oversight.
• Build lightweight systems to reduce bureaucracy and maintain sources of truth across core tools.
• Maintain practices for a distributed team, including meetings, offsites and equipment.
