Job summary

Albus Health seeks an Operations Manager to scale day-to-day operations across supply chain, logistics, and partnerships. The role reports to the CTO/CEO, with on-site presence at the Oxford office and potential hybrid arrangements for exceptional candidates.

You will drive vendor management, inventory control, and project delivery while building scalable operational infrastructure as the company accelerates growth in healthtech.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in operations, supply chain, logistics, or project management.
• Experience in high-growth startups or demanding环境.
• Experience with healthtech/medtech environment preferred.
• Strong PM skills and ability to manage multiple streams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full supply chain lifecycle from forecasting to stock management.
• Lead vendor negotiations and manage supplier relationships under QMS.
• Coordinate global shipping, customs, and distribution for products and samples.
• Set up analytics dashboards to monitor inventory and logistics performance.
• Drive process improvements across projects and facilities to scale operations.
