As Head of Commercial Operations, you will lead our prestigious operational teams across London, playing a pivotal role in shaping our organisation's future. • Proven success steering Commercial Waste enterprises, managing substantial portfolios valued at £150m+ per annum
• Distinguished leadership background, demonstrating remarkable success in guiding high-calibre, multi-disciplinary teams to achieve outstanding results
• Exemplary track record of leading transformational change and delivering sustainable business improvements
• Sharp commercial acumen with the intellectual capacity to translate complex strategic vision into practical, results-driven solutions
• Masterful relationship builder, adept at cultivating influential connections across senior leadership circles
• Extensive expertise navigating and influencing within a large matrix organisation
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L accountability and senior-level M&A experience
• Superior project management capabilities, with a keen eye for prioritisation and delivering excellence across multiple workstreams
• Proven ability to thrive in dynamic environments, skilfully converting uncertainty into clear, actionable strategies
• Demonstrated success in nurturing positive organisational culture and driving meaningful cultural transformation
