Salary:Grade 15 - £61,071 - £67,191 per annum

WorkingHours:37 hours per week

About the Role

• Lead and coach high performing Operations teams to develop & deliver annual plans which contribute to the corporate strategy these teams include Transportation, Warehousing, Health and Safety, Facilities, Transport Planning, Stock Optimisation, Stock Audit, Ops Analysis
• Take a lead role in influencing organizational culture, driving innovation and transformation in conjunction withHeads of Service and Leadership Team including leading cross-functional projects and forums
• Build powerful and positive relationships with all teams and directorates across the organization and create and foster open and transparent relationships with peers, stakeholders and partners.Represent ESPO with external stakeholders.
• Role model the organisation’s values and ensure these are actively demonstrated across all teams

About You

To apply for this post, you must:

• Relevant experience
• Evidence of continuing professional development.
• Management qualification or evidence of management or leadership training.
• CPC in Transport Management Operations
• Experience of leading and motivating teams and of developing a culture that has achieved a high level of performance and continuous service improvement
• A proven track record of developing successful and effective working relationships with partners, suppliers, service providers and other external organisations.
• Substantial experience of working in cross functional teams
