Are you an experienced operations leader looking for a role with real impact and future growth?

We’re recruiting a Head of Operations for a thriving, forward-thinking business with a strong pipeline of work and ambitious plans. This is a pivotal role, managing a sizeable and dynamic team across across two Derbyshire based sites and helping shape the next phase of the company’s growth.

You’ll lead a workforce of around 100people through a handful of direct reports, and we are looking for someone who can build strong working relationships across the business.

Key responsibilities:

• Overseeing all operational activity across the business

• Managing teams acrossProduction, Supply Chain, Administration and Maintenance

• Driving efficiency and supporting growth in line with the business’s strong commercial pipeline

• Building strong working relationships and becoming a key player in the Senior Leadership Team

This role would suit someone from a manufacturing or production background who thrives in a hands-on, people-focused leadership role. You’ll need to be confident managing multi-site operations, balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day delivery, and motivating a diverse and busy workforce.
