This is an exciting opportunity for a Head of Operations or an Operations Manager ready to take the next step in their career. Based in Cambridge, the successful candidate will drive growth and operational excellence within the company.

As the Head of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in managing contract manufacturers, logistics, quality, and order fulfillment to surpass customer expectations. Your primary focus will be on managing the complex and diverse supply chain to ensure seamless delivery and top-tier quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the team responsible for overseeing the full order fulfillment process, from production to delivery.
2. Strategically manage electronics volume manufacturing and logistics operations.
3. Collaborate closely with global Contract Manufacturers (CM) to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
4. Adapt quickly to the demands of new Tier1 contracts, ensuring prompt delivery and excellent service.
5. Report directly to the COO and contribute to shaping the company's operational strategy.
